My 2 hosting servers are experiencing slowliness while accessing via east asia countries due to the recent undersea earthquake off the coast of Taiwan several days ago, which severely disrupted communications across east Asia by damaging cables. It cuts off 98% of the communications from Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.
